Collaboration
Collaboration is one of my core values, and I believe that it is essential for creating successful design solutions.
In my experience, working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, has resulted in the most innovative and effective design solutions.

Integrity
I strongly believe in maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of my life.
Julie Zhuo, in her book "The Making of a Manager" emphasizes the importance of transparency and honesty in building trust. I encourage open communication and value transparency to create a workplace where team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas, concerns, and challenges.
Empathy
Empathy is a crucial value that guides me. To me, empathy means being willing to listen and understand where people are coming from. It's about creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
Brené Brown describes empathy as "a tool of compassion". As a manager and lead, I strive to be present for my team members, to listen with an open heart and mind, and to respond with empathy and understanding.

Diversity
I believe that diversity allows teams to thrive by bringing a diverse set of perspectives, experiences, and skills and ultimately leading to better results and innovation.
A diverse group of people can help team members to question their biases and assumptions, leading to better decision-making and problem-solving.
I celebrate our differences, and I believe that they are what make us stronger as a team.
